Women of C3

I couldn’t have asked for more on a Thursday evening than the fun I had last night!

The first (officially organized and announced) “Girl’s Night Out” was great!  We had over 50 women attend.

There was tons of food and great conversation….AND A CHOCOLATE FOUNTAIN!!!

I’m so grateful to all the ladies who came and so hopeful about all that God will do through the “Graceful Barbarians” of C3!

It’s gonna be an incredible ride!

October 30th – Thursday evening – at 7 p.m., all of the Women of C3 are invited to come have a “Tea” at the Bledsoe’s home (please email:  womenofc3@c3orlando.com for directions).  We will have lots of tea, coffee and goodies to share.  We will also be getting to know each other better and discussing upcoming events and projects for The Women of C3 to get involved in.

We are so excited about the opportunities C3 will have in the coming year to impact our community and reach out to everyone around us.  We are also looking forward to hearing from you about possible projects and ideas, so BE THINKING and share your thoughts with us!

The Women of C3 can truly be a force of change and charity – we are the graceful barbarians of C3!

So, come and celebrate with us all the things that make us so wonderful…..and so wonderfully C3.

I can’t wait to see you all there!

The benefit yard sale went great!  We sold lots of things….and gave some stuff away, too – and still made over 500 dollars!

Thanks to all of you who helped, donated items to sell and brought other supplies to help the family.

I’m planning to continue gathering items over the next couple of weeks, as well as purchasing some new clothes and school supplies for the boys.

Thank you Matt and Monica, Barry O.., Kayleigh and Ashley, Karen, Patti, Andrea and Darrell, Alexie, Alison and John, Sandi and Travis…and also, Byron for all your help!

Thank you to all of you who came by and bought stuff.

And thank you to Yaneisy and Marlene for sharing your lives with us and for opening your home to your loved ones in such a generous way!  We can’t wait to meet the rest of your family.

Please be sure to put October 30th on your calendar (“Girl’s Night Out”).  We are going to have a great night of food and fun, and we are planning to present Yaneisy and Marlene with all of the things that “The Women of C3″ has collected to welcome their family.  It’s going to be an awesome night!
